During our initial meeting we will complete a Mortgage & Remortgage questionnaire so that we can give you the appropriate advice. Once we have made our recommendations to you we will confirm our advice in writing.

Standard residential mortgages

We offer two payment options for processing your mortgage:

Option one:
You pay Capital freedom an administration fee of £150.00 for processing each of your mortgage contracts. This is payable at the time of application you then pay the remainder of your fee on completion of £250.00. In addition, we will be paid commission by the lender.

Option two:
You pay capital freedom a combined administration and application fee of £1995.00. This is payable at the time of application. With this option, the commission paid to us by the lender will be rebated to you.

Buy-to-let mortgages

You pay capital freedom an administration fee of 150.00 for processing each of your mortgage contracts; £150.00 payable on application and non-refundable should you choose not to proceed and the balance payable on completion. This fee can be added to the mortgage loan subject to lender agreement. You can also choose a “One off” fee option of £1000 payable on application to cover all of your buy to let applications and administration.

Refund of fees

You will receive a full refund if we are unable to secure an offer from any lender. If the application does not proceed for any other reason you will not receive a refund.
