We do not charge a fee for residential mortgage advice; however there is an administration fee for processing each of your standard residential mortgage contracts. The typical administration fee is £150.00 on application and £250.00 on completion. For Buy to Let the application fee is the same as for residential mortgages unless you choose the “one off” admin fee of £1000 on application. for Commercial Mortgages a fee of 0.5% of the mortgage loan size applies of which £200 is payable on application with the balance payable on completion
